Gail Armstrong Construction, Inc. (GAC) was founded in Norman, Oklahoma, in 1973 by Gail Armstrong & Gary Armstrong. Both had the inception of building a company based on providing high levels of construction quality and a variety of services to their clients. GAC offers highly skilled personnel which include Project Managers, Estimators, Schedulers, Coordinators, Safety Directors, Project Field Superintendents, Bookkeepers, Secretaries, Carpenters and Laborers. Our professional work ethics give our clients a high level of customer satisfaction and help to distinguish our company as a leader in the construction industry.

     The versatile experience of GAC includes all building trades and specializes in Tilt-Up Concrete, Cast-In-Place Concrete, Architectural Precast, Masonry, Steel, and Wood construction. Focusing primarily on Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial types of construction, GAC has the ability to perform all types of General Contracting and Construction Management. GAC has a Mission to provide a quality construction service to our clients. This is achieved through contracts such as Lump Sum, Cost Plus-Fixed Fee, Cost Plus-Fixed Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum, Design-Build, and Construction Management.

     GAC is bonded and is proud of our impeccable record of successfully completed projects. Our company contracts between $20 and $30 million dollars of work annually. GAC is a member of The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), Oklahoma Building Chapter.
